Weekday Summer Training


8 Week Summer Training

Register

Group training sessions give our trainers the opportunity to deliver programs customized to the individual needs of the athletes in each group. Sign up for 8 consecutive weeks so our team can deliver the best experience possible. Also, there is a 4 week option.

Sessions cover the fundamentals, attacking moves, combo moves, advanced ball handling, and shooting.

Groups are broken out by skill level during the session. Space is limited and sessions do fill up quickly.

Monday 8 Weeks (4 week option available)

5-6pm: 4th-9th Graders

High School Training Program

This program is designed to give athletes multiple opportunities per week to improve their skills. 

June

Monday 7:30-8:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm

Wednesday 9-10am

*no session on Wednesday 6/27

July

Starts on 7/9 (*no sessions 7/2 and 7/5)

Monday 6:30-7:30

Thursday 6:30-7:30

Each day our trainers will challenge athletes with different drills aimed at improving efficiency, ball handling, and shooting.

Drop In $50- Please select the date during the registration for the exact date you will be attending. 

5 Training Sessions Pack $200- During registration you can select 5 dates you would like to attend from the dates listed. Drop-ins will be $50 per hr so by signing up for 5 sessions you are saving $50.

10 Training Sessions Pack $350-  During registration you can select 10 dates you would like to attend from the dates listed. Drop-ins will be $50 per hr so by signing up for 10 sessions you are saving $150.
