UPBasketball Camps
Get ready to push your limits with physically and mentally challenging drills designed to take you out of your comfort zone. Our camps prioritize individual growth, with athletes grouped by skill level to ensure everyone is consistently challenged.
Camps will cover:
Skill Development: Master proper footwork, ball-handling techniques, attacking moves, combo moves, advanced ball-handling, and effective passing.
Shooting: Hone your form with drills in catch-and-shoot, shooting off the dribble, transition shooting, shooting off screens, and applying your skills in live game situations.
Scrimmaging: Put your training to the test in live games, fostering competition and teamwork.
